With the popularity and adaptation of internet by the world,the business has taken a new form.Now,people gets orders through the internet and make payments online.The computers are actively involved in such business,this form of business is called electronic commerce(E-commerce).in any type of business,the computers are used to make our work easier and manageable the computers with sophisticated software applications,help business units form designing,advertising and selling the products.
Managers can easily record,plan and present a business information through computers.For example,before starting a plan,the profit and loss is calculated using computers and different presentations are under taken in the process of manufacturing,marketing and selling a product Computers help in creating budget plans,account management,inventory control,payrolls,exports etc.We can say that a business unit without any implementation of computers,cant be a successful unit.

An effective plan is one of the most important elements for a successful business.With sophisticated computer and planning software,We can create excellent plans to make the business successful.It involves study and analyzation of very large volumes of present and past figures and calculation of the cost and time that will be required to complete the project.Before starting any project,planning is done to ensure that the project will be completed in time and within budget.
